New extraction model!

In this version, I've added a completely new extraction mode, that is closely inspired by the real world. This means that both the solubility of flavours, time, grind-size and temperature have an impact. It is not a perfect system. But it is pretty cool. You can experience it by attempting to brew something with the AeroPress.
